Welcome to the Online Submission Hub for NCOF 2009 (aka Call for Papers).
This online process has been broken down to 3 Steps:

Step 1: Login – enter the Ecode provided in the email you received, or create an Ecode for use.
Step 1a: Register for Ecode – register to receive an assigned Ecode. You will need this Ecode to complete the Online Submission process and, should you be accepted to present at NCOF 2009, will need it to gain access to speaker-related resources.
Step 2: Speaker Data – enter your complete contact information.
Step 3: Enter Proposal – populate the series of dropdown menus and text boxes to provide complete Submission details.
